Hoist by His Own Petard: Twofold for Princess.Heel–Face Turn: The Derby-tantes were initially paid off by Princess to distract Buttercup, but come to genuinely like and respect her after Buttercup remains loyal to her sisters, and turn on Princess as a result.Classically-Trained Extra: The monster that Princess summons treats his rampage as more of a acting job.Big Damn Heroes: The Derby-tantes arrive to come help the girls when Princess is on the verge of beating them.Princess, seizing the opportunity, tries to convince the two that Buttercup has abandoned them and to let her be a replacement for her. She quickly accepts but in doing so, neglects Blossom and Bubbles in the process. ![]() During a lunch break at school, the girls meets a roller derby/Deathball (dodgeball on roller skates) team called the Derby-tantes who invite Buttercup to join their team. ![]()
